Ok so it's not a suzuki,not even two stroke, sorry! It is an old(ish) Z1-R that's not in bad nick appart from rust in the fuel tank from sitting empty for 18 years. I suspect you guys will have come across this before, so any ideas? It's fairly light but extensive with a little pitting, but enough to keep poisoning the carbs. Does anybody know of a specialist that could deal with this? Any ideas?

Fill the tank with small nuts and bolts and give it a thorough shaking to remove all the particles of rust, wash it out, dry it thouroughly andd then coat the inside with one of the coating kits available, I got my last one from Wylde's in Leeds, England, it took a couple of hours but was well worth it.
