Hi all
Has anyone used a Newtronics electronic ignition kit on their T20? I know the pommy one is the best for racing but I want to use this on my road bike. The newtronics kit is also only $214.00aus landed in Australia compared to about $1500.00 for the racekit. The company lists the T20 as compatable so I am guessing they havedone their homework.
Any advice apreciated.

This has been dealt with before try a search and I am sure it will come up. In short Newtronics (as they were, gone bust and been brought up) have never made a kit for the T20, the kit they sell is for the T250 which uses the same mag as the T20 but not the same cam (as the T250 has a different crank to the T20 it needs a different cam). The cam supplied with the kit won't fit the T20 and if did it still would not work as the timing between the two bikes is different. It is confusing as they do list it for the TC250 but I don't think they too knowledgeable on mid sixties suzuki's as I think they thought this was the off road version of the T250. Pete
