Hi All - My rubber Airboot is perrished and inefective. Whilst I source another one I want to use K&N pod filters. What do I do with the jetting to ensure I don't screw the engine (standard Carbs)- Is there any other considerations?

You need to put in bigger main jets... try a couple of sizes bigger to start with. You may also want to lift the needle up a position or two.
You'll need to do a couple of 'plug chops' to check the mixture.
I have two holed pistons on my shelf where I ran mine without an airfilter, but didn't jet it up!

hmm, good info to know. Are replacement original air filters available? I have one but it is quite old and dirty/rusty, any suggestions? thanks.
