Im thinking of building a 250 race bike but wanted to use a T200 bottom end as the gearboxes stronger than the T20 Whats the maximum size the T200 can be overbored to so its competative in the 250 class |

A few people have done this. I think the reliable maximum is 237cc. The CRMC 250 Championship was won a few years ago on a T200 with a big bore set up. I agree with you about the gearboxes being stronger. They're a lot smoother too. |
