The following are given on my T20 data section - that's all the info I have I think - is it enough? Steering angle 45° Caster 63° Trail 3.3 inch Turning radius 78.7 inch Hope you didn't hurt yourself to much at Aintree!

OK, I'm another newbie here, first project and I need to repair cracks in the frame. Now that we have the data, can you tell me how to check the frame for alignment (or is expensive equipment involved)? Also, I was figuring to weld the frame since it's a repair, but should it be brazed instead? |

Using the measurements above, you will have to make up some kind of jig and check the trail and steering angle. Look along the frame for bends or twists as the human eye is very good at seeing bends. Use the swing arm mounting holes as a reference for twist in the headstock. Brazing is better, But I'm not an expert on this, so ask around |
