I just posted the message about the weird shift drum. I now have 3 motors taken apart. The 30XXX motor matches numbers with my frame, so I am rebuilding it. I took apart a 46XXX motor and a 47XXX motor. The 30 motor is the only one with the weird positive shift feature on the shifting drum. The 30 motor also has wasted shifting forks. The dimensions of the forks in the newer motors are the same, but they are thicker in places. Will they still work? Are all the gears interchangable?

See my answer to the first question in your previous posting.

The t20 forks were a weak point and used to break, wear or overheat. Later ones were improved so that is why your later motor ones look different.
Gears are all interchangeable.
Try www.andersonvintageparts.com for parts in the USA as they have loads!
