Has anyone installed GT250 alternator to T20 ? I have one extra GT250 alternator assembly with breaker points and everything, and my T20 alternator is not working... I guess I got to make some kind of regulator if I use GT's alternator, but how about the breaker points and ignition timing? I guess I got to use GT rotor also, but how about the trigger? Which one is the right one? T20 one or GT250 one, or either? Has anyone any experience about this?

I've got a couple of T20 alternators if you're stuck.

Thank you, Folks. Spen:I'll take contact to you if I do not got my GT 250 modification working. Adrian: the triggers might be the same in T20 and GT250, I just thought that the must be different when I had both alternators in my hands. You see, my logic turns quite easily upside down when I try to understand the ignition timing marks :-)

GT250 and T250 have the same engine. Only the bodywork is different.
