I havn't got from Crooks Suzuki any reply to my inquiries. I've used Order Form/Enquiry Form and e-mail. Does anybody know is there some problems or are they too busy or is it better to fax or write? I can't phone because of my poor english and living abroad.

I'll phone Martin and have a chat with him. Crooks are SO helpful, but generally run off their feet at this time of year. I hope that this can be resolved as Crooks are a great company to deal with normally......I'll keep you posted!

I too think Crooks is very fine firm and I really did not mean to blame Crooks. I only wanted to know if everything is OK. Nice to heard that there are no serious problems. I can sure wait or try again after some time. |

Hi all I phoned Martin today and had a chat with him. He sends BIG apologies to anyone who has been messed around. As I thought, he has been inundated with work and is finding it hard to cope. Something had to give, and the Email side of the business got neglected. He is trying to get extra staff in to help, but this hasn't yet happened. So, either phone up - guaranteed action there and then - or resend those Email orders if you prefer to do it that way, and he will endeavour to answer all those asap. As I said, big apologies all round, and if anyone in Cumbria fancies a job, you know where to go! |
