hey there, i am trying to put together my first bike. A '66 t20. Any D.I.Y. tips for fixing a cracked throttle cable. just the plastic casing is cracked in about 10 spots. thanks

Insulating tape is my way, unless you're rebuilding to concours when you'll need to replace the lot.
