Obviously it's not in the habit of using the kickstarter? So is it better to remove the whole kickstarter assembly? How to plug the holes of the kickstarter shaft in the crankcases? If I'd keep the kickstarter it would be easy to start the engine in the garage, after removing I've to buy or build some kind of starter?

Remove the whole assembly, plug the hole with an alloy bung and silicone over it to keep it in place. To start the bike, put it on a paddock stand, put it in first gear and flick the rear wheel round, if it's set up correctly it will start. Grab the clutch and select neutral.

I removed the whole lot and made up an aluminium shaft that sits where the kickstart assembly used to. This just rests in the bottom case on assembly and sealed the gaps nicely when the cases were joined. It had hardly any weight at all.
As Spen says, you don't need a kickstart - mine fires up as soon as you turn the back wheel.
