HI Guys Is there some trick to removing the rotor? ie: special tool? Damn thing is causing me grief. Tried a three jaw puller, with no avail. Any advice would be great. Cheers, Mark |

Have you tried to heat the rotor with a heatgun and at the same time to pull with a three jaw puller? |

The rotor is threaded inside so that if you screw a bolt in tight, it presses against the shaft, and then a smart 'tap' with a hammer (NOT an almighty swing) brings the rotor off. One of the wheel spindles is the same thread, so whip your spindle out screw it in, bang and Bingo its off! |

Hi Adrian Thank you for the advice. Tell you what a frustrating adventure this has been. Not like the Triumph I am rebuilding. Completely different bikes. I figured the T20 would be a much simplier bike to rebuild. Hey what do I know. Just a crazy Canuck fixing some old bikes. Thank you Adrian |

It IS much simpler - my record for engine strips was to ride my T20 into my garage with a broken selector fork, and ride out again having replaced it in under 5 hours - and I wasn't rushing! |
